BŁĘDOWSKA DESERT MONASTERY

Description:
Interesting yet uncommon design of the monastery. The model was meant to be the illustration of the idea of shaping sacral space in its meeting-point with the profanum part. Therefore the main stress is put on the enterance area with the monastery gate, the reception area and the pilgrimage centre with only slight suggestion of the monastery's garden and vineyards. Despite its complexity the model took us only a week of intense work.

Plastic (HIPS, PMMA), cardboard, wood, polymere resins
